Master Bedroom
The master bedroom and private balcony provide the BEST view of Austin. From the balcony you can see the entire span of Lady Bird Lake (Townlake) from the Mopac Bridge to I-35. This is also the best vantage point to enjoy a coffee and see events in Zilker park.
Bedroom with en suite bathroom
The second bedroom has an en-suite bath and walk-in closet. This is great for hosting company as they have a private bath. The views from this bedroom are SPECTACULAR. It is particularly beautiful at night when Austin lights up and the Monarch apartments light their upper structure with different colors. This bedroom has one of the best 'night lights' in town.
Bedroom 2
The third bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and faces due south. The views are of town lake, the power plant, Zilker park and Auditorium Shores. This room can also function as an office though it has an adjoining walk thru closet and full bath.

This photo was taken from a park with art installed by the City of Austin Power Plant. The Gables Park Plaza building is currently being built behind the picnic table so this view is a little dated. Big things ahead for this park area once the Gables and the Power Plant projects are complete.
The arrow points to the condo location in the building. The unit takes up 1/4 of the 27th floor which includes the south (lake view) and east (downtown) sides of the building.
The Spring has a fantastic 75 foot lap pool and a nice grill located poolside. It's so easy and convenient to pickup treats for grilling at Whole Foods and meet neighbors out by the pool for dinner.

You will no doubt have the BEST seats in the house for the Fourth of July fireworks. The living room balcony gives you the PERFECT vantage point to see the fireworks. You can almost reach out and touch them. You can't beat the commute home after the show which involves turning off the lights and going to bed.
You never know what you might find walking into the living room. On this morning we awoke to find ourselves above the clouds.
Yeah the Trail of Lights is back! We love the Trail of Lights! For approximately three weeks of the year we have a huge Christmas tree in our living room courtesy of the Zilker park tree. You can clearly see the Zilker tree and Trail of Lights from the living room. You can't help but get into the holiday spirit.
ACL is coming... I snapped this photo of the ACL crew setting up. It's a lot of fun and very easy to walk over and back to the concert. For 3-day music pass owners, living or staying here is perfect. You can walk or bike over and then come home for a rest, recharge and head back out. Plus you will most likely have some out of town visitors. ACL always makes for a great time....
It's nice to be able to watch the spectacle that is ACL from the safety and serenity of your own private balcony.
Living here has inspired me to share what it's been like living downtown. I am working on a coffee table book called 'Austin Aloft' that will provide perhaps a glimpse of what it is like to live in a high rise condo in downtown Austin. This cover photo was taken from the living room balcony.
